As a Reports Analyst, worked with Canadian business development managers and Business analysts in managing various Key Performance Indicators in call center operations. 

Experience in Influencing and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders - 

Collaborative work with Product owners and Service Directors of Mastercard’s financial institutions such as AusPost Prepaid, OneSmart Prepaid of Air New Zealand, Qantas Travel Money and others, in delivering customer sentiments data and insights requirements for process improvement.
