Hi! I'm Noelle I'm currently a 3rd Year college student majoring in Advertising Arts from the University of San Carlos. I have been designing for almost 5 years and I'm currently the Deputy Chief Visual Designer of a university-based publication, Today's Carolinian. I'm passionate, punctual, and a team-player.
