Infinite Age is a fast-scaling, $15M+ DTC supplement brand building a world-class creative production system designed to generate high-performing Meta ads at scale. We’re hiring Creative Editors (Remote) who can turn scripts and reference ads into scroll-stopping creative that performs. You’ll receive paid test projects, and every ad you edit will be tested live on Meta. Your performance directly determines your pay rate and workload — the better your ads perform, the more you earn.

Responsibilities
Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Edit short-form direct-response ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) following proven reference structures (“swipes”).
  • Recreate pacing, captions, transitions, and energy exactly as shown in the example ad provided.
  • Produce 3 versions of each assignment, each with a unique hook (opening 3–5 seconds that grabs attention).
  • Maintain consistent body copy and ending across all versions.
  • Add subtitles that match the example ad’s style, timing, and placement.
  • Include at least one “before and after” visual moment within the opening hook.
  • Work in vertical format (9:16, 1080x1920, MP4).
  • Deliver projects within 24–48 hours of assignment.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Project Manager to request optional product B-roll or direction.
  • Organize and upload deliverables to Google Drive using the required naming convention.
Activities:
  • Receive script and reference ad from Creative Project Manager.
  • Edit videos using approved software (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut).
  • Apply consistent brand tone, typography, and subtitle styling.
  • Review and refine pacing to maximise viewer retention and Meta performance.
  • Implement feedback quickly to improve output quality and efficiency.
  • Communicate progress and blockers in Slack or assigned project tracker.
Expected Outcomes:
  • Ads that visually and emotionally match the reference examples.
  • On-time delivery of three high-performing variants per brief.
  • High internal quality scores based on clarity, pacing, and hook strength.
  • Ads that meet performance benchmarks on Meta (CTR, view-through rate, ROAS contribution).
  • Consistent alignment with Infinite Age’s ad standards and creative system (“Infinite Ads”).
Performance Metrics:
  • On-time delivery rate ≥ 95%
  • Average internal quality score ≥ 8/10
  • Revisions required ≤ 1 per project
  • Ads achieving $50K+ spend eligible for performance bonus

You must know how to use AI to create face-to-camera UGC for this role!

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1 year of hands-on video editing experience (freelance or agency).
    • Proven ability to create short-form ads or social-media content optimized for Meta (Facebook/Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts).
    • Experience following creative briefs and matching reference ads exactly in pacing, tone, and structure.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
    • Strong understanding of aspect ratios, frame rates, compression, and export settings for social platforms.
    • Ability to add subtitles and text overlays in sync with dialogue and captions.
    • Comfortable sourcing stock footage and B-roll when needed.

  • Creative Skills:
    • Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm.
    • Understanding of “hooks,” “before/after” storytelling, and emotional triggers that improve ad performance.
    • Ability to make footage feel native to Meta—authentic, engaging, and fast-moving.
    • Sound design awareness (music choice, transitions, ASMR, or ambient layering).

  • Soft Skills:
    • Highly reliable with strict attention to deadlines and detail.
    • Able to follow directions precisely while still adding creative flair.
    • Strong communication and feedback-response skills in English.
    • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

  • Equipment:
    • Laptop or desktop capable of editing 1080x1920 H.264 video smoothly.
    • Stable internet connection for file transfers and communication.
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Prior experience editing direct-response or e-commerce ads.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, retention).
  • Understanding of Infinite Age’s supplement or wellness product niche.
