Hi, I’m Khate — a Filipina designer/developer living in Japan, blending creativity, tech, and education to build thoughtful digital experiences.

I started my journey as a programmer and grew into a product designer, creating everything from websites and games to learning materials that make tech fun and engaging for users. I’ve worked with startups and education companies in Japan, where I’ve worn many hats — designing UIs, prototyping games, teaching kids how to code, and developing sites that keep operations running smoothly.

I love using the web as a playground for ideas — experimenting with design systems, improving user flows, and bringing concepts to life through visual storytelling and interaction. My tools of choice include Figma, Webflow, JavaScript, and a good dose of curiosity.

I’m currently open to new opportunities in UI/UX design — especially roles based in the Philippines, where I can grow, collaborate, and keep creating meaningful work.
