Hi, I'm Ronn — a passionate and detail-oriented IT professional with solid experience in system development, technical support, and project implementation. Since May 2022, I’ve been designing, developing, and analyzing application systems, while also managing project rollouts and coordinating with third-party service providers for technical support. I also monitor web server performance and provide direct assistance to end users.

My journey in IT started in 2012 as a Technical Support Representative at Harte Hanks. I later joined Getz Healthcare Philippines Inc. as part of the IT Service Desk team, where I handled various technical concerns such as PC troubleshooting, email setup, and LAN configuration. Eventually, I transitioned into a Business Process Analyst role, working on process mapping, documentation, and IT operations.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from ICCT Colleges and have continued to upgrade my skills through various trainings and certifications, including PHP, Laravel, SQL Server, SAP ABAP, and Six Sigma. I enjoy working in dynamic environments and am always eager to learn new technologies.

Outside of work, I’m into playing guitar, doing art, and watching documentaries. I’m fluent in both English and Filipino and value a positive, team-oriented work culture.
