I currently serve as a Customer Lifecycle Specialist, owning global lifecycle email programs across onboarding, retention, and re-engagement., leveraging advanced analytics and segmentation to optimize the customer journey.
My north star is delivering data-driven, on-brand email experiences that deepen customer relationships and drive measurable engagement.
Previously, as a Global Email Marketing Specialist, I managed multi-region campaigns (UK, AU, APAC) and built segmented email journeys, using geographic segmentation to tailor content to local audiences.
I built automated email journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ran rigorous A/B tests to continually improve performance. I also spearheaded re-subscription and loyalty program campaigns, driving strong uplifts in click-through rates and overall customer engagement.
