Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Graphic Designer to join our creative team and oversee the design of high-quality visual materials. As the Lead Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for guiding the team in executing designs that meet the company's brand standards, client requirements, and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design team in creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including websites, advertisements, packaging, presentations, videos, and more
* Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and ensure that designs meet those objectives
* Stay up-to-date with design trends and incorporate them into your work as appropriate
* Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience as a graphic designer, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
* Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and ability to lead a team
* Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Strong time-management and organizational skills
