Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
- Apply design thinking principles to the Shipmates' App UI and UX design
- Collect user feedback from customers and implement UX improvements when necessary
- Perform user-centered design research understanding behaviors, goals, and needs of the target consumers.
- Ensure the Shipmates App is user friendly
- Responsible for Information Architecture, Wireframing, UI Prototyping, Interactivity and Animation
- Build the design system with the development team - adhering to the Shipmates' Brand Guidelines
- Facilitate product testing post-launch by acquiring feedback, and observation of interactions between users and the product
Requirements
What do we need from you?
- Experience working with e-commerce or logistics and SaaS products is an advantage
- Understands the logic of User Experience, User-Centered Design, and Responsive Web Design
- Knowledgeable of wireframe tools and design software such as Figma or Adobe XD
