• Conducts site visits, planning and meeting and monitors project progress and submits project reports to the Installations and projects head after site visits. 
• Helps and assists in managing project layouts, plans and installation proposals to be submitted to the management and clients 
• Manage and monitor stock inventories in warehouses and deliveries to other work sites. 
• Manage tools, materials, vehicle, and documents needed to be used on project construction sites.
• Manage and organize project documents and files

• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Executives and Project Manager on the design requirements such as checking of colors, combination of yarns and modification of existing design to develop new design concepts.
• Develop an idea and produce design based on clients’ requirements
• Produce and prepares layout of perspective through Adobe Photoshop for presentation purposes of project area.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, and other related courses
• With above knowledge in using, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other similar software
• Systematic, organized, keen to details and can work well under pressure
• Has good attention to detail and excellent customer service. 
• Is able to handle working under pressure and deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Work experience in construction industry is an advantage.
