Responsibilities
Get to know the Role:
As part of our team, you will support the assigned Account Managers on their day to day
tasks for campaigns across both offline & online. Your role as an Account Support
Coordinator will work closely with the Ad operations team and Ads Account Managers and will not
require/need external engagement with any active clienteles outside. 

The day-to-day activities:
● Work with the Account Managers to secure campaign deliverables are met, organized and
coordinated with the AdOps team for campaign implementation.
● Closely work with the AdOps team to ensure that the campaign is set up and ad previews are
shared on time.
● Closely monitor the campaign pacing or delivery performance with the Account Managers and
ensure optimizations are applied to areas needed. If necessary, this includes coordinating with
the sales ops team for any required campaign changes through SalesForce.
● Coordinate campaign reports between the AdOps and Account Management team and make sure
all data are accurate and submitted on time.
● Support the Account Managers for required billing/collection updates and work with the finance
team to ensure that the Account Managers will be able to submit required documents to clients
on time.
Requirements
The must haves:
● Well-versed in Microsoft Office, mainly MS Excel & MS PPT
● Preferably with a min 1-3 years of experience in ad operations/campaign management.
● Experience in digital marketing preferred. 
● Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix structure in a fast-paced environment.
● Proactive and have the ability to communicate effectively any issues/support needed to the team.
● Can work independently and capable of working physically in the office.
