Description
Scope: The Associate Creative Designer will play a pivotal role in supporting various creative projects to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. This role will focus on the creation of high-quality graphic designs and creative content that align with the company’s marketing goals and brand identity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Associate Creative Designer will help ensure the delivery of visually compelling and impactful materials across all marketing channels.
Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Graphic Design Support:
  •  Develop graphic designs and layouts for marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media posts, and packaging, ensuring they meet brand guidelines.
  • Assist in producing digital assets for campaigns, websites, and email marketing.
2. Creative Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver visually appealing solutions.
  • Support brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design concepts.
3. Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure all creative materials adhere to established brand standards and maintain consistency across platforms.
  • Assist in updating brand assets as required to reflect current trends and branding strategies.
4. Project Coordination:
  • Manage assigned projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors and printers to ensure the quality of printed materials.
5. Design Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay updated on industry trends in graphic design and incorporate innovative ideas into creative projects.
  • Suggest new tools, techniques, or processes to improve design workflows.
6. Feedback Implementation:
  • Incorporate feedback from senior designers, stakeholders, and clients to refine and enhance designs.
  • Ensure all revisions are completed in a timely manner.
7. Support for Events and Campaigns:
  • Assist in creating visual elements for events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure that marketing displays and event materials are visually cohesive and engaging.
Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A portfolio showcasing creative design projects is highly desirable.
