Designer / Merchandiser - Home Decor
The Designer / Merchandiser for Home Decor will support the Designer Team in developing new styles and assisting in the overall design process. This role will help ensure smooth coordination from concept development to sample production and provide creative support across projects.

- Assist in product and packaging design development
- Create marketing collaterals for digital and in-store use
- Support visual merchandising display guides
- Develop e-commerce visual assets and photo editing
- Contribute to floor plan and fixture development visuals
- Assist in seasonal campaign visual rollouts
- Develop cohesive design collections aligned with brand direction
2. Administrative Support Functions
- Merchandise order creation and handling
- Memorandum preparation
- Product inspection coordination and documentation
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Interior Design, Industrial Design, Bachelor of Arts major in Visual Communication/Advertising Arts, Fine Arts (Design majors), Bachelor of Design, Multimedia Arts (only if portfolio is focused on designs and not just social media management/marketing)
- 1–2 years of design experience in a professional setting (retail, lifestyle, home, or brand-driven environment preferred) * Fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios may be considered
- Creative mindset with knowledge of fashion trends and design processes.
- Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to collaborate and support a fast-paced design team.
