Responsibilities
n this role, you will work closely with the Marketing team to produce high-end visual content for our website and marketing channels. The successful candidate is collaborative, creative, and has a personal ambition to learn and grow.
YOUR TASK
  • Responsible for the group’s design solution in the Philippines. Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
  • Develop creative layouts and artwork for various digital platforms e.g. company websites, social media platforms, blog posts, video content, etc. and occasionally for offline campaigns. Designs and develops a variety of media elements, including but not limited to the following tasks:
  • Motion graphics videos
  • Logo Design
  • Poster Design
  • Videography
  • Photography
  • Audio Editing
  • Video Editing
  • Social media and website graphics/advertisements
  • Create and maintain brand design standards and communicate a consistent brand image. Infuse brand guidelines in all creatives and maintain consistency across all marketing channels: includes look and feel for all consumer-facing platforms
  • Identify new trends in design layout, evaluate new technologies, and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, and regional teams to produce design solutions
  • Help maintain an organized, online archive of all marketing materials. Manage creative requirements, expectations, and deadlines for all projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Design, Creative Media, Digital Media, Media, and Communications or related disciplines
  • 3-4 years of experience in social media / website design / video / motion graphic design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, especially complex layering, color correction, manipulating text and 3D layers
  • Knowledge in video shooting and editing animation preferred
  • Solid understanding of standard image and video formats
  • Strong knowledge of video compression for online video delivery using Adobe Media Encoder
  • Ability to edit stock photography and vector graphics to fit the needs of a project
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Tagalog
  • Strong self-motivation, independent, reliable, good communication skills, and able to work under pressure.
