We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our team as a CRM Marketing Associate.
CRM Marketing Associate is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with corporate customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact, and by ensuring that all their requirements are completely met. You are the primary internal representative of our company. You have the responsibility of ensuring that customers knows about our products and must convey a sense of expertise in our printing services and capabilities. You serve as a key educator to our customers.

-  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Computer Science or related field.
Previous Experience:
- Experience in working and/or willingness to work within fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural business and creative environment.Â
- Â Experience in sales or customer service and/or experience in printing or graphic arts industries.
- Experience in school or other related publications.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements.
- Strong attention to details, with good sense of design and color.
- Must be hardworking, a self-starter, and problem-solver.
