JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE:  SR. GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Summary

The Senior Graphic Designer creates visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. He/she is tasked to develop the overall layout and production design for applications such as advertisements, brochures, product packaging, reports, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

1.      Work closely with the Management, and the Marketing/Advertising/Social Media team to collaborate on the company’s requirements for a specific project, from typesetting, design, printing, and production of various applications such as advertisements, brochures, signages, logos, menus, product labels, product packaging, campaign materials, reports, website layout, web pages, etc.
2.      Conceptualization - develop concepts, graphics, images, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
a.      Generate innovative and creative design concepts, ideas, and visual solutions for projects.
b.      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop design strategies that meet client or project goals.
3.      Prepare rough drafts of materials (design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces using computer and image editing software); review final layouts and incorporate changes recommended by the Management and Marketing/Social Media Team into final designs
4.      Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered within the established timelines and budget.
5.      Creative Strategy:
a.      Work closely with marketing and branding teams to develop creative strategies that align with marketing objectives and target audience preferences.
b.      Collaborate on brand development and maintenance to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all design materials.
6.      Coordinate with commercial printers/vendors to ensure deadlines are met and materials are printed with high-quality
7.      Will also perform functions related to video production and editing; capture, edit, and produce photos, videos, raw footage, and other graphic visuals and assemble them into a finished product meant to communicate the Company’s brand on online platforms; 

Qualifications
1.       Graduate with a degree in Graphic Design or a relevant/related field
2.       Strong graphic design skills using advanced design software and tools to create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other design elements.
3.       with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
4.       Possess expertise in both print and digital design, adapting designs for various mediums such as websites, social media, print collateral, etc.
5.       With working knowledge in photography, video production and editing
6.       Good working knowledge of design software, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and other latest desktop publishing tools and graphic design software
7.       Should be creative, analytical, and highly attentive to details
8.       Ability to handle multiple projects, and different brands and can meet tight deadlines
9.       Must be willing to work on-site
