Description
Responsible for the procurement of various equipments, materials, fixtures and supplies needed in the offices, stores and warehouse related to maintenance and repair. Ensures the maintenance of various office, store and warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities
· Canvass prices, presents quotations and prepares purchase orders for the ff:
- Materials, machines and tools needed by WH Module department for their projects.
- Office fixtures like tables, chairs, mobile drawers, filing & overhang cabinets.
- Lighting fixtures, emergency light, fire extinguishers, and shredder machines.
- Glass doors, PVC, locks, door knobs etc
- DVD players, sensor, & sensor tags.
· Ensures the maintenance of the following:
- Air conditioning unit cleaning every 3 months.
- Phone lines and PABX system.
- Copier machine, Fax machines, Shredders
- Warehouse tools, machines
- Pantry’s lavatory, microwave, dispenser, refrigerator etc.
- Refilling of fire extinguishers
- DVD players
- Shredders
· Monitors and files Visual Merchandising Request Forms (VMRF), VM Fieldwork, and workload and submits a monthly report.
· Provides update on Retail Stores repairs and maintenance requests.
· Updates prices for materials.
· Performs other tasks and related functions that may be assigned by immediate head and management.
Requirements
· Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Industrial Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Advertising or other related field.
· With at least 6 months of experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· Working knowledge of In-Design, Photoshop and Google SketchUp
· Must possess strong sense of urgency, organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities.
· Modern/up-to-date with the market trends, fashionable, knowledge in apparel visual merchandising is an edge
