Responsibilities
Tasks:
- Create engaging web interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma
- Design cohesive website layouts, including homepages and landing pages
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
- Ensure designs are user-centric and optimized for responsiveness across devices
- Maintain brand consistency by aligning web designs with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with developers to implement and test designs accurately
- Monitor website performance and conduct usability testing for continuous improvement
- Ad hoc graphic design (infographics, decks, social media ads, etc.)
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in web design, with a strong focus on using Figma
- 3+ years of experience with Adobe XD or Figma for designing wireframes for CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify
- Experience in Webflow is a plus
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic Javascript
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs based on input
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Good oral and verbal communication skills
- Recent experience working in US office hours
