Currently, we are seeking candidates for our Senior UI| UX Designer role.
This opportunity is on-location, on a day shift arrangement at our lovely and comfortable office at Skyrise 4 Building, KMC Solutions IT Park.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Claim and maintain a "design guru" level of proficiency, always seeking the newest design trends -- keep your design cutting-edge
Apply an experienced eye for design and layout to new and existing website pages, and UI's with an objective of enhanced user engagement
Display eagerness to discover, evaluate, and implement the most modern design techniques and technologies available
Evaluate requests from stakeholders, offer suggestions, create rough drafts, take feedback, make adjustments
Actively lead and participate in A/B testing and other styles of user testing of design elements
Maintain a cohesive brand design standard
Utilize various forms of media including digital graphic design, photography, generative AI
Work closely with other FE developers and BE engineers for design implementation. Be a team player and mentor less experienced members of the team
Document, track and manage projects using JIRA
Communicate effectively with team members and Project Manager about progress on each task, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
Requirements
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS(2+ years of experience)
· Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
· UI/UX design
· Web layout, Web design (desktop and mobile)
· WordPress: intermediate to advanced
· Proficiency with Adobe Design Suite and other design software
· Willingness to learn and utilize generative AI, e.g. DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney
