Responsibilities
The Account Manager's job is to make sure that company policies are being followed and that all customer needs are met. They act as a mediator between clients, vendors/suppliers, and their team members so everyone can work together smoothly without any problems or issues arising from one party talking directly with another person who does not represent them in negotiations.
Account Manager's have a lot on their plate. They're in charge of overseeing key accounts and long-standing relationships with clients, which means they must be able to gather extensive data from these sources as well as liaise externally such as vendors or suppliers about how best we can serve you!

Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or management, or related field.
● Proven experience working as an account/sales executive or client relationship.
● Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and CRM processes and/or software.
● Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
● Excellent leadership and project management skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Effective communication skills.
● Exceptional customer service skills.
● Preferably with experience or knowledge in the branding, marketing (traditional and digital), media, and creative industry.
