Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and user interfaces
- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
- Assist team members with any tasks that require visual organization/structure
- Conduct an ongoing user research
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience as a UI/UX designer
- 2-3 years experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript
- At least 3 years of experience designing and prototyping responsive web, digital products or applications
- Skilled in Figma, Sketch, In Vision, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar technologies
- Experience creating original graphic designs
- Experience creating user design flows
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision
- Ability to keep up with the latest design trends
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
- Willing to work onsite
- Be able to provide a design portfolio
