Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for illustrating creative ideas into compelling, unique design and layouts for client presentation and/or actual execution.
ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Designers are part of the Creatives team hence churning out a creative output is always a team effort.
· Reports directly to either the Creative Director/Account Champion
· Works closely with Producers to generate concepts and ensure correct translation of ideas into artworks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The day-to-day output expected from a Graphic Designer includes, but are not limited to:
· Participate and provide strategic input in brainstorming and planning sessions
· Develop designs for merchandise and collaterals (e.g. invitations, giveaways, etc.)
· Continuously improve and/or develop expertise in new media software & technologies (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Powerpoint, Keynote, InDesign, etc.)
CREATIVE ADVANCEMENT
Niche Play believes in a person’s ability to step up from his/her usual functions and achieve career advancement. After further training and observation, employee is expected to:
· Physically present developed decks
· Attend creative workshops and cascade to team
· Ability to commission reliable third parties (i.e. photographer, post production houses, etc.) to execute creative plans
·     Oversee creative executions (i.e. visiting event set-up, online editings, etc.)
Requirements
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Excellence in Graphic Software applications, Time management & Focus – ability to deliver timely despite tight deadlines and handle constant pressure, Proactive & Innovative – ability to suggest new ideas to the project, Teamsmanship – communicates openly and supports others fully, Experiences in events/activations/architecture are a plus.
