Responsibilities
- Model and texture high-quality assets. Creating 3D assets.
- Maintain consistently high standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and productivity.
- Take ownership of the work developed and make sure it fits with the standard and needs.
- Develop various available assets creations techniques to diversify skillsets and deliver across a variety of projects
- Support projects reviews to recommend schedule changes, and cost or resource adjustments
- Continuously improve workflows and processes
- Ability to coach/train the Junior Artist
- Guide and mentor other team members.
Requirements
- Two or Four Year degree in a related field (Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing etc.)
- 1-2+ Years Experience

- Maintain corporate branding standards to ensure quality & consistency in all presentation materials.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends.
- Responsible for producing appropriate visuals [renderings, sketches, concepts, animations, sample photography, storyboards, presentations] for client proposals and brand operations for AC/MK.
- Â Communicate with Account Manager and Managing Director to derive client needs and produce visuals in accordance with budget
- Lead and guide the team during design phase to develop cohesive program.
