Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Interior Design
- With at least 5-years in building construction work and Construction Management
- Licensed for at least ten (10) years
- With at least one (1) completed projects involving construction management services for architectural finishing works with corresponding Certificate of Completion and/or Acceptance of Customer Feedback showing satisfactory performance for the client to the aforesaid contracts.
