Responsibilities
  • Executes marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they align with regional growth strategies and business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and funnel analytics using advanced reporting and analytics tools. Provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely and Collaborate across the internal Departments, including Marketing, Reservations, to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates. 
  • Contribute to managing the customer account journey, ensuring consistent and personalized user experiences that promote funnel progression and customer engagement.
  • Support the refinement of cross-channel digital strategies based on data insights and regional market nuances, ensuring a tailored approach to each market.
  • Apply analytical skills to identify innovative approaches and test new ideas to fill gaps in MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) or pipeline. Ensure regional considerations are factored into global marketing initiatives.
  • Keep up to date with regional digital marketing trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Marketing Degree or Certifications Preferred
  • 5 years' experience in a Digital Marketing position
  • Proven experience in analyzing data from various direct marketing projects, with a focus on extracting actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience and advanced skills in using data analytics and reporting tools
  • Ability to analyze data and draw practical conclusions that drive marketing effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in web analytics, and performance marketing to enhance digital campaign outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey campaign results and insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams across departments, fostering a unified approach to digital marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to adapt to regional market trends and dynamic market conditions, ensuring strategies remain relevant and effective.
  • A continuous drive to learn and innovate within the direct marketing field, with a willingness to explore new approaches and technologies.
